About this notice
Plugarti is an independent software developer brand and is not a separate incorporated entity. This notice covers the Plugarti website and the Salati informational website. It is separate from the Salati Android app Privacy Policy and its Google Play Data Safety disclosures. For questions, contact support@plugarti.com.
What the websites do
The websites do not include an analytics SDK, advertising SDK, user login, database, contact form or mailing list. Fonts are bundled locally rather than loaded from an external font service. Support links open your email client; they do not submit a message through the website.
Protected review previews require Vercel authentication. That access control is provided by Vercel and is separate from an app or website user account with Plugarti.
Hosting and technical request information
The websites are hosted on Vercel. Delivering a page and operating and protecting the hosting service may involve processing ordinary technical request information, including your IP address, request timestamp, requested path, browser, device and network metadata, and security or operational logs.
This infrastructure processing can occur without an analytics SDK. Vercel's handling and retention of technical information depend on its services, settings and applicable policies. We do not claim that Vercel retains nothing or specify a retention duration that we have not verified. See Vercel's Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum for provider information.
Email support and privacy requests
Email sent to support@plugarti.com is processed through Google Workspace. Your email address, message and any information you choose to include are used to respond to support and privacy requests. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.
Support and privacy-request emails may be retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction. They may be retained longer only when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or dispute handling.
You may request deletion of identifiable support correspondence by emailing support@plugarti.com. This does not promise deletion of pseudonymous Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics records, Firebase installation identifiers, or other provider-held data that Salati cannot reliably associate with your email address. The Salati app Privacy Policy explains those technical limitations.
